Who We Work For
Virtual Space One has been in the construction industry as and consulting company for over 30 years refining our design and drafting service offering to architects, builders, interior designers, and real estate investors. Over the vast amount of years, we have worked with commercial real estate brokers designing showrooms for the Los Angeles garment district, an architectural firm working on the Ventura Freeway Aerial Alignment System, facilities management, tenant improvement for national property management companies, and numerous residential projects.
Relocating to the Phoenix area in the early '90s granted us the opportunity to work with residential contractors ranging from custom homes, remodeling, and additions providing design and drafting services. We have developed a system of efficiency using well-oiled processes ensuring the quality and integrity of our product is never compromised.
Our promise to our clients is to provide the utmost professional experience and to ensure our clients that they are number one through our network of communication working with all government agencies and licensed professionals. Our client concerns are addressed immediately and are a priority to us. We understand the need to know where the client’s project is at all times. To express our commitment to the project, we provide progress reports and/or deliverables addressing any issues and ensure that we work on the project weekly, professionally, and personally meeting the expectations of each client.
